Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Our Refund Policy (Refund Upon Resale)

Please Note: At CI Hub, we operate on a unique refund model. Once a returned item is accepted and inspected, we do not issue an immediate cash refund.

Your refund will be processed and paid out only once the returned item has been successfully resold to another customer.

3. The Return Process

01 Request
Contact us to initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
02 Inspection
Ship the item back. We will inspect it for damages.
03 Relisting
The item is placed back in our shop for sale.
04 Payout
Once resold, we transfer the funds to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
